- Items must be returned in the same condition received

- Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)  
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry  
- Final sale or clearance items  

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days  
- Refunds may exclude shipping fees unless the return is due to an error or defect  

Defective or Incorrect Items
